Location: Shirebrook HQ (UK) | Hybrid (3 days on-site)
Contract: 12 months (with potential 12-month extension)

This is a *UK* based role with an excellent immediate start within the Global Sports and Leisure brand working on *managing a key retail banner relationship, driving revenue growth and delivering a premium consumer experience*.
Experience in Supply chain/Logistics/Leisure/Environment/Construction is preferred.
About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales & Partnership Lead to manage a key retail banner relationship, driving revenue growth and delivering a premium consumer experience. This role is based at the Shirebrook headquarters (easily commutable from Sheffield, Ilkeston, Matlock, Belper, Mansfield, Worksop, Bolsover, Chesterfield, Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield, Ilkeston, Matlock, Belper, Buxton). The role requires 3+ days per week on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the commercial relationship with the retail partner to deliver business growth
Manage a team of two and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams
Plan and execute seasonal product strategies and in-season trading
Develop joint business plans using market, consumer, and category insights
Ensure strong digital and in-store execution of product and marketing stories
Maintain consistent engagement with partner buying teams and store operations
Requirements:
3+ years' experience in Sales, Account Management, Merchandising or Retail Planning
Strong commercial and partnership management skills
Proven ability to lead teams and drive business outcomes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
Flexibility to travel as needed
